Recipe

Ingredients:

Method:

  • Wrap each boiled egg in an even layer of the kebab mixture.
  • Deep fry them in medium hot oil.Once evenly brown ,drain them on an absorbent paper.
  • Let them rest for few minutes till they are firm and easy to hold.
  • With a sharp knife cut them lengthwise  into equal halves.
  • Serve them hot along with mint chutney.

Tips and Tweaks:

  • This does not require any additional binding as the kebab mixture that I have used already contains egg  which act as a binder. So the mixture will not disintegrate while frying.

Enjoy!!!……………………………………………………………..Happy Cooking!!!
