img_20180825_192512454~2512052699..jpgWhenever I want to keep my dinners light and simple, but at the same time nourishing,I prefer having soups along with some nicely toasted slice of bread.Of course hot soups does not go well during summers, but I hope nobody would mind having such a nourishing food while sitting in an air conditioned room.Carrot and tomato soup is  a very simple soup to make.I have used fresh tomatoes and orange variety carrots which are available in abundance in the farmers market nowadays which happens twice a week behind our apartments. So, now its time to quickly jump to the recipe.img_20180825_192500462~2202918145..jpg
